George Jackson began trading in 1780, introducing Fibrous Plaster to the UK. Significantly, we still offer market-leading design, manufacture and installation of specialist plasterwork. Whilst we have a rich heritage, we are a forward looking team.
Furthermore, our collection of reverse cut hardwood moulds is one of the largest in the world, used by architects and interior designers as a source of inspiration when developing their schemes. At George Jackson we welcome visits to our workshop and showroom to illustrate our unparalleled history and craftsmanship. At George Jackson we produce Fibrous Plaster, Composition, and GRG. These can all create Decorative Ceilings, Architectural Features, Sculptural Artwork, External Mouldings etc.
The team is innovative and looking at new ways to aid the hand craft whilst maintaining the quality. Health and Safety is a priority and George Jackson from the initial instruction all the way through to installation.
The Jackson Range is our in-house range of mouldings which is composed of handcrafted products to give your project an exclusive finish. From plain, elegant cornices to ropes and grapes, from Ionic to decorative Corinthian capitals; the Jackson Range has a myriad of choices.
Alternatively, if you prefer you can source inspiration from our historical mould collection. By using this we can create bespoke designs to make your project truly unique.
