Project Manager

 

We specialise in supplying decorative plasterwork for prestigious projects to the construction industry.  Our clients are predominantly in the ultra-high end residential, commercial & retail markets.  Ourr client list is impressive and includes high profile names such as the Café Royal Hotel, the best in luxury retail and exclusive residences including commissions for the Royal family at Kensington Palace.

 

We currently require a Project Manager to join our expanding team.  You will report directly to the Managing Director and will work closely with the production team.

 

 Key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Project managing a number of jobs (value £100-300K) from estimation stages through to scheduling and final call off
  • Liaison with the factory manager, estimator and production team to ensure each job is delivered to the highest standard of quality
  • Managing the financial aspects of each project in conjunction with the estimator
  • Negotiation of final accounts

 

 

You will have: 

 

  • A degree in engineering or related construction degree
  • Up to 5 years construction related experience or similar
  • Commercial acumen
  • A driven and focused approach to your work
  • Excellent communication skills

 

 

Although previous experience within a construction/manufacturing environment is needed, more important is the desire to grow within the business and buy into our long term vision.
